Your Long Beach Opera account is your portal to a seamless concert experience. Purchase, view, and print tickets, make donations, and explore event details — all in one convenient place.

On a smartphone or desktop computer, open your web browser, go to my.longbeachopera.org and click “Log In.” Enter your email and password.

That’s right. We imported all our past patrons — so your account is already set up. No need to create one! All that's left is to set your password and dive into the world of LBO's enchanting productions.

Step 1
Visit Password Recovery.
Enter your email address.
Click "Recover Password."
Keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email from aws@upstagecrm.io. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear.
Step 2
Open the email and click "Set Your Password and Log In."
Your email and verification code will be prefilled.
Create a strong password.
Click "Reset Password."
Step 3
Use your email and new password to Sign In.

Access your tickets at any time by logging into your Long Beach Opera account and selecting either “My Orders” or “My Tickets.” Whether you prefer the convenience of digital tickets on your smartphone or the classic print-at-home option, the choice is yours.
You will also receive several automatic emails with your digital tickets. One when you buy the tickets, another one week before the show, and one last reminder the day before!
