Rachel Steinke

Rachel is a Long Beach-based administrator, vocal artist, and experimental music enthusiast. Before joining the LBO Team as a Development Associate, Rachel worked in administrative and production positions with Long Beach Opera, Los Angeles Opera, Tonality: A Choral Spectrum, Angels Vocal Art, and CSU Long Beach's Opera Institute. Rachel is also a mezzo-soprano who performs locally with Lyric Opera Orange County, Grammy-winning ensemble Pacific Chorale, Tonality, Choral Arts Initiative, and L.A. Choral Lab, and is a graduate of CSU Long Beach with a B.M. Opera Performance. In their free time, Rachel also loves to create experimental vocal music, attend renaissance faires, and learn about mycology. Rachel excitedly supports the LBO Development Team so that Long Beach Opera can continue to inspire the future of opera!
